Hi, I’m Claire. As long as I can remember, I’ve loved drawing and painting. I’m an illustrator at heart, specialising in watercolour as well as black-and-white illustration. While this is the core of my work, I also enjoy exploring many other parts of the art universe, such as oil painting, stop motion, photography, digital art, and wool art. The list goes on, but I’ll stop here.

Creating has always been healing and therapeutic for me, something I discovered especially through my work with children and people living with disabilities or other life challenges. Through my work, I try to build a bridge that helps us reconnect with our inner world of imagination.

I was born in Germany, where I returned after living, studying, and working for several years abroad in the beautiful Mediterranean region. Not only the weather but also the colours differ between there and here.

Currently, I also teach art, as it is very important to me to help people connect with art in different ways.
